What happens after the treatment plan is presented?

Once they have the treatment plan, the patient may leave without making a decision, so follow-up stops and the plan is left without an appointment.

From plan to appointment

  1. 01

    Recording the plan's cost

The treatment plan's cost is recorded when it is issued to the patient, without adding a new task for the facility.

  2. 02

    Recording the patient's response

We record the patient's response to the plan and whether it became an appointment, noting the reason for declining where there is one.

  3. 03

    Documented consent to contact

Follow-up on the plan starts after the patient consents to being contacted about it, with the consent documented and follow-up able to stop at any time, in line with the requirements of Article 25 of the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

  4. 04

    Unscheduled plans in one place

Unscheduled plans are gathered into one list, sorted by value and duration, and can be followed by doctor and by branch.

  5. 05

    Defined follow-up

The patient is followed up with a set number of messages tied to their treatment plan, with no promotional messages or open-ended follow-up.

  6. 06

Turning the plan into an appointment

When the plan is accepted, the appointment is booked directly in the facility's own calendar, with no need to re-enter the patient's data.

  7. 07

    Stopping follow-up on request

When the patient asks to stop follow-up, contact about treatment plans stops, while service messages about existing appointments continue.

One path to the booked appointment

When the plan is accepted, the patient moves straight to booking in the same calendar, without moving or re-entering data.

Connected systems and channels

Open Dental

Connects over REST to manage patient data, appointments and payments.

Zenoti

Connects to appointments and patient records through access keys the facility manages and can revoke at any time.

Daftra

Connects over REST using an access key or OAuth2.

Fresha

Supports reading only and does not allow appointments to be created, so we check whether it fits the facility's needs during the audit and before any commitment starts.

What does the module not include?

Not a recall campaign

Follow-up is limited to a treatment plan already presented to the patient, and is not used to contact patient lists or to promote services, in line with the requirements of Annex 10 issued by the Ministry of Health.

Not the Answered module

The Followed up module handles patients who have received a treatment plan, while the Answered module handles patient enquiries before the visit.

Not the medical record

We work with treatment plan data and the patient's response to it, without accessing or changing the clinical record.
