Builders
only.
We hire operators and engineers who ship. Skill levels vary, what matters is output. Remote first, output second, meetings last. Open roles drop here when they exist. For now, speculative applications welcome.
Six
operating rules.
Every hire signs onto these. They are not negotiable.
Ship every week
If you can't put a working thing in front of a user every sprint, this is not the place. We measure output, not hours.
Own your work
Everyone owns their work end to end. No layers, no shuffling. You ship it, you keep it running.
Calm bar
No Slack at 11pm. No hero culture. We write, we think, we ship, we sleep. Then repeat.
Own your tools
You pick the stack for your scope. We fund the tooling. If it ships faster, we use it.
Async by default
No mandatory standups. The Friday demo is the only required sync. Everything else is Slack and Loom.
Work from anywhere
Global remote. We hire from any time zone that overlaps client hours. Reliable internet is the only requirement.
